HOW TO ORDER

1. Fill up our order form found at the bottom of each page featuring our goods.

2. Submit the form and you will be directed to a “Thank you for your submission” page.

3. We’ll get back to you within 24 hours via email.

HOW TO PAY

1. Upon receiving your order, an email invoice will be sent to you from heartsgolightly@gmail.com.

2. More detailed instructions would be given together with the email invoice.

3. We accept POSB/DBS and Interbank fund transfers.

There are 3 ways to pay:

1. POSB/DBS ATM Transfer – Cash transfer. If you do not have a bank account, please select this option on the order form.

A cash deposit can be made at any POSB/DBS branch or cash deposit machine.

**PLEASE KEEP YOUR ATM RECEIPT AND EMAIL US A SNAPSHOT OF IT. STRICTLY NO SCANS ALLOWED. THANK YOU!

2. POSB/DBS Internet Banking Transfer – Transfer of funds online from your POSB/DBS bank account

3. Interbank Transfer - Transfer of funds online from your bank account (not under POSB/DBS)


4. DO NOT pay until you have received your email invoice from us. Thank you!

DELIVERY

1. All items will be mailed out within 1-2 working days upon receiving your payment.

2. Postage charges are as follows:

1. Normal Mail: $1.50 for the 1st item, $0.50 for each subsequent item

*Do note that postage charges may vary for certain items due to differing weights. You will be notified of any additional charges in such cases.

2. Registered Mail: An additional $2.24 on top of normal postage costs

*Tracking numbers for Registered Mail parcels will only be provided upon request

3. REGISTERED MAIL IS STRONGLY ENCOURAGED AS WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY ITEMS LOST/DAMAGED IN TRANSACTION.

(our responsibility of the item(s) ends once we have mailed the parcel out, but we will try our best to provide any details if required!)

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Submitting your request in our order form confirms your purchase immediately. DO NOT back out of the purchase once you have clicked ‘submit’. (Your item will be reserved)

All items must be paid for within 24 hours upon receiving our email invoice, unless otherwise agreed upon.

Those who violate/fail to comply with the Terms and Conditions listed above will have their ordered items put up for sale without any prior notification and be blacklisted from any further purchases.


Please note that:

1. All items for sale on the website are brand new.

2. Reservation of items is strictly not allowed – first come, first serve!

3. All prices are quoted in Singapore dollars and are non-negotiable. (We only deliver locally at the moment).

4. We are not responsible for any lost/damaged mailed-out items should you opt for normal mail (Registered mail is strongly encouraged – it’s only an extra $2.24!)

5. Exchanges are only available on a case-by-case basis. Under such circumstances, all extra postage costs will be borne by the customer. (We do not accept exchanges due to defects in the item; all items will be thoroughly checked before being mailed out). We do not entertain refunds at all.


By purchasing an item from us, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to comply with all Terms and Conditions as stated above. HeartsGolightly reserves the right to reject a transaction/customer at our own discretion. We also reserve the right to change or alter any of the Terms and Conditions at any given time without any prior notification.
